UK delivery is £3.95, and free once your bag reaches £35. Everything ships from mainland UK.
Delivery
This shop delivers within the United Kingdom. Taiwan has a shop of its own at crazycherry.com.tw, with its own prices and its own delivery; our other markets are in the language menu at the top of every page.
The £35 is what your bag comes to after any promotional discount code, so a code that takes you under £35 takes the free delivery with it.
We ship every order the next working day. If something turns out to be out of stock, we let you know.
Changing your mind
You may cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and return it within 14 days of telling us. The goods should come back in a resaleable condition; you may open and inspect them as you would in a shop.
Damaged, faulty or wrong
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is simply not what we sent you to expect, we replace it. The return postage is ours, not yours.

Your order is a contract with PoshLayer Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, trading as Crazy Cherry. We sell to you directly: this is our own shop, not a listing on somebody else's, and there is no other seller or agent in between.
