Questions
The ones worth answering.
What we carry, what turns up in the box, and how the shop treats you once you have bought something. Short answers.
The shop
What is Crazy Cherry, exactly?
A character-goods shop working across four markets - Japan, Taiwan, Korea and Britain - and saying on every page which one a thing came out of. Plush, acrylic standees, sealed blind boxes, charms, stationery and the occasional snack, plus our own clothing under the Cherry Wardrobe label. Origin sits with the item rather than in the small print, because where a thing is made is part of what it is.
Is everything on the site available now?
Yes. Anything carrying a price is on the shelf and ready to go out, in the sizes shown on its page. The one exception is the jellyfish poster, which is a house piece and says so where its price would be. You will not find a countdown clock or a sold-out badge anywhere here - we do not use them.
Who makes the things you sell?
Small makers, mostly. Japanese gachapon and blind-box studios, Taiwanese illustrators with a real following at home, Korean stationery houses, and British designers for the pieces heading the other way. Where a maker has a name worth knowing, that name goes on the product page instead of ours. The clothing is the exception: we draw it ourselves and it carries the Cherry Wardrobe label.
What is the Friday Box?
Our weekly drop going the other way. Every Friday a box of British character goods - the things you can only pick up in a shop over here - ships to Taiwan. It has its own page, written in Chinese, with that week's list on it. Same shop, same shelf standards, pointed at a different market.
Lucky Box
What is in a Lucky Box?
Named categories and a stated value. Each box lists the kinds of things inside it - an acrylic piece, a sealed figure, a charm, a snack, stationery - and states a minimum contents value at our own single-item prices: £40 in the £30 boxes, £55 in the £50 Plush Box. So you know what the box is worth before you buy it. The part you find out on opening it is which pieces we picked.
Sizing and fit
How do the Cherry Wardrobe pieces fit?
The Laced Half-Zip Set comes in XS, S, M and L. The half-zip is cut cropped and close to the body, so if you want it sitting lower or going over a hoodie, take the size up. The wrap skirt is pinned rather than zipped, which gives it a couple of inches either way once it is on. Cold wash and dry flat, with the ribbon pulled out first.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
Nothing on top. UK delivery is inside the price on the page, orders go out from Britain, and there is nothing further to pay when the parcel reaches your door. We deliver to UK addresses for now, so the checkout will only take one of those.
What if I change my mind?
Fourteen days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and fourteen more to send it back. Anything that arrives damaged is replaced and the return postage is ours - you will not have to argue for it. The single thing we cannot take back is a sealed blind box that has been opened, unless it is faulty.
