Delivery and returns
Nothing left to pay at the door.
The price on the page is the whole price. UK delivery is inside it, and nothing else is asked for when your order arrives - no invoice, no handling fee, no card through the door.
Delivery
UK delivery is included in the price and orders are dispatched from Britain. We deliver within the United Kingdom only, so the checkout accepts a UK address and nothing else.
The dispatch window is stated on the product page and again in your order confirmation before you pay. If it moves, we tell you rather than let it slide quietly.
Changing your mind
You may cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and return it within 14 days of telling us. That is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and we have priced it in rather than hoping you do not use it. The goods should come back in a resaleable condition; you may open and inspect them as you would in a shop.
Sealed blind-box items are a normal exception: once the seal is broken, the item cannot go back on the shelf, so an opened blind box cannot be returned unless it is faulty. We say this before you buy, not after.
Damaged, faulty or wrong
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is simply not what we sent you to expect, we replace it. The return postage is ours, not yours, and we do not ask you to argue for it.
Lucky Boxes
A Lucky Box states a minimum contents value at our own single-item prices before you buy. If the box you receive does not meet it, tell us and we make up the difference in goods you choose from the shelf. The 14-day cancellation right applies to a Lucky Box like any other order, with the same sealed-item exception for anything inside it that was sealed.
