What this is for
Most shop journals exist to walk you towards a checkout. This one exists to explain the decisions: why a maker is worth carrying, what a piece is like to live with, and why something perfectly good still got left off the shelf.
If you end up buying nothing and simply knowing more about where character goods come from, that is a perfectly good outcome.
