The deal, in plain English.

The shop has not opened and no order has been taken. These are the terms an order will be made under, published early so nothing arrives as a surprise.

Who you are buying from

From Crazy Cherry, a brand of the PoshLayer group, selling as a United Kingdom importer. The trading company's name, registered number and address are published here and in the footer before the first payment is taken.

Prices

Every price on this site is the price you pay: it includes UK delivery and every tax and charge due on the goods. There is no separate handling charge, nothing to pay on arrival, and no charge added at checkout beyond what the basket showed you.

When a contract is made

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept it and confirm dispatch. If we cannot supply something you ordered, we will tell you and refund it in full.

Lucky Boxes

A Lucky Box is a fixed-price package of goods. Each box states the categories inside it and a minimum total value of its contents, measured at our own single-item prices, before you buy. There are no prize tiers and no element of chance in what you pay or in what the box is worth.

If the box you receive does not meet its stated minimum, tell us and we will supply the difference in goods of your choosing from the shelf. Which specific items you receive is our choice; that the box meets its stated minimum is our obligation.

Cancellation and returns

Your statutory cancellation rights are set out in full on the delivery and returns page, along with the sealed-item exception that applies to blind boxes. Nothing on this site limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Age

You must be old enough to enter a contract to buy. Several items are not toys for children under three, and where that is the case it is stated on the product page.

Governing law

A sale made through this site is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
